Responsibilities:

• Utilize our CRM platform to efficiently manage client communication and project details.
• Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies tailored to clients’ unique needs.
• Collaborate with our creative team to design and execute engaging marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize results.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Provide regular progress reports to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and exceed client expectations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• High level of creativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies especially for clients within Sub-Saharan Africa.
